FAQ
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever, with no credit card required. Upgrade when you're ready.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from your account settings at any time. If you move from Pro to Plus, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Manage subscription in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. On a paid Plus or Pro plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, whether you pay monthly or annually. Email hello@dropkard.com. After 14 days, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices show in your local currency in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the eurozone, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland, and in pounds sterling everywhere else. Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment processor, and any tax due is calculated at checkout based on where you are.
